How much does a new deck cost in the Twin Cities?
Most of our decks range from $18,000 to $65,000 depending on size, material, and features like railings, lighting, and multi-level layouts. We always provide an itemized, written quote so you know exactly where every dollar goes — no surprises mid-build.
How long does a deck installation take?
Typical builds are completed in 1 to 3 weeks from the day we break ground. We'll give you a week-by-week schedule at contract signing so you know when footings, framing, decking, and railings will each be done.
Do you pull permits and handle inspections?
Yes. We pull every required building permit and coordinate all city or township inspections for you. Every One Nation deck is built to Minnesota code and we guarantee a clean final sign-off.
What decking materials do you install?
We install all major composite and PVC lines including TimberTech, AZEK, Trex, and Deckorators, plus traditional cedar and pressure-treated wood. We'll walk you through samples in person and match the right material to your budget and design.
