Step 1Our ONE Restoration Specialist provides a thorough damage inspection and chats with you about what’s found. Plus, they’ll walk you through the ins and outs of the insurance claim process, so you’re in the know every step of the way!
Step 2Our ONE Product Coordinator (PC) will talk about the scope of the loss. You’ll get to pick your material, color, and style, while the PC wraps up a pre-build checklist and snaps some photos of your home.
Step 3The Product Coordinator will keep you in the loop with all the important dates for your project. On build day, our ONE Crew will show up, making sure to protect your personal belongings and landscaping. And don’t worry about the mess—we’ll do a thorough clean-up when we’re done!
Step 4Our ONE Specialist will take you on a walk-through to make sure everything’s just right for you. Meanwhile, our PC will snap plenty of photos to double-check that the job meets our high standards.
Step 5Once everything’s wrapped up, we’ll send over the final invoice. It’ll outline all the details of the project and the cost. If you have any questions, just give us a shout. We want to make sure you’re 100% happy with the process and result.

Turnaround time varies from project to project and it’s scope. Usually residential roofs take about 1-2 days, siding projects around a week for completion, window installs or replacements will take 3-4 days and multi-family housing projects range about 1-2 weeks.
