Will I have a specific point of contact throughout my project?
Yes. You’ll have constant communication with one of our project managers throughout your entire project, from inspection through final walkthrough.
Do you offer insurance claim assistance?
Yes — our team supports you through the whole claim. We provide comprehensive damage inspections, attend the adjuster meeting, help with paperwork, and submit the final invoice to your insurance company on your behalf.
Will you do emergency repairs?
Yes, we do emergency repairs. They aren’t 24/7, but we’ll prioritize urgent leaks and storm damage and get a tarp or temporary fix in place quickly.
Do you offer financing?

Are your inspections really free?
Yes — every initial inspection from One Nation Exteriors is free and obligation-free. We’ll walk your roof, document any issues, and only recommend work that’s genuinely needed.
What kind of warranty backs your work?
Our installations are backed by our Lifetime Limited Workmanship Warranty plus the manufacturer warranty on the materials we install. As a GAF Master Elite contractor, we can also offer GAF Golden Pledge and Silver Pledge coverage on qualifying roofs.
