Meet The Team

Devoted husband to Angela and father of four, Zach leads One Nation with a focus on integrity and excellence. CEO of the team, he balances visionary leadership with active involvement in his kids’ athletics on and off the field.
15+ years across framing, insulation, roofing, siding, and gutters. Loves bringing projects to life with the team and trade partners. Off the clock, hiking, camping, golfing, snowmobiling, and following Minnesota sports with his wife Bianca and their two kids.
With One Nation since 2022. Engages every project from prep to completion, focused on quality and transparent client communication. Outdoors enthusiast, food lover, and currently serving in the Minnesota Army National Guard.
Eight years in real estate valuation before construction sales. Now leads commercial and multi-family relationships and business development. Family man, fitness fan, and 13+ years with the 133rd Infantry National Guard.
20+ years across construction, shingle manufacturing sales, and public adjusting. Guides property managers and board members through complex scopes and insurance processes with confidence and clarity.
20+ years in office administration and management. Loves all aspects of construction. Outside the office, family and outdoor adventures with her husband Tim, four kids, and their two dogs — plus an annual ocean reset.
Master’s in Clinical Social Work; previously a geriatric therapist. Now contributing at One Nation while raising four kids in Lino Lakes with husband Zach. Faith and family first — followed closely by sideline cheering.
Keeping projects on track in the field, day in and day out.
Second season at One Nation, primarily handling permits. Engaged to Mark in our sales department. Loves hibachi nights, Twins games, and looking forward to spring — a wedding and another big year of helping homeowners.
Keeping every project on the right side of code, contract, and best practice.
Third year with One Nation, fourth in the industry. Loves walking homeowners step-by-step through insurance claims and retail projects. Lifelong baseball player — high school, college, amateur, and even a USA Select stint in Munich.
Helping homeowners pick the right exterior solution — and stand by the result.
First year as an exteriors solutions consultant after two years selling pest control in Arizona and Utah. Free time means golfing, watching sports, and getting outside.

At One Nation, the materials we use in your homes are what we would gladly use in ours. As a GAF Gold Elite Commercial Contractor, we offer GAF roofing materials as our preferred choice — we’ll also install Owens Corning on request. For low-slope roofing we’re certified contractors for Mulehide and Weatherbond. For windows & doors, we partner with Marvin Windows for their durability and energy efficiency.
