Our Workmanship Warranty
Here at One Nation Exteriors, we’ve got your back for the long haul. Our Lifetime Limited Warranty guarantees that our work will be free from defects for as long as the product lasts. If there are ever issues due to faulty workmanship, we’ll make it right.
Just a few things to keep in mind: this warranty isn’t transferable, and the “lifetime” of the product is determined by the manufacturer. If there are defects with the product itself, those are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty — not ours. Rest easy: with One Nation Exteriors, you’re covered.
GAF Master Elite
As a GAF Master Elite contractor — a status held by fewer than 3% of roofing contractors nationwide — we’re able to offer GAF’s two most powerful warranty programs.
The Golden Pledge Warranty is GAF’s highest warranty level. It includes a 50-year warranty on materials for the entire roofing system, a lifetime labor warranty, and 25 years of 100% workmanship coverage for most product types — and it’s transferable.
The Silver Pledge is a mid-tier warranty for GAF roof replacements. It also includes 50-year material coverage and a lifetime labor warranty, with 10 years of workmanship coverage. You can transfer this warranty when you sell your home.
Terms & Conditions
Our workmanship warranty is strong, but it’s not unlimited. These are the situations our labor coverage doesn’t include — most of which fall under manufacturer, homeowner maintenance, or act-of-God coverage.
